For which reasons do your employees use work emails?

Mail Detective is a complete program that lets you know if your company workers use their official email account correctly for work items, or simply to share files with friends.

Through a variety of charts and graphs, Mail Detective shows what the most common mail destinations are, as well as who the most emails sent to are. This makes it much easier to know who is using the system for work email, and who for personal use.

All usage statistics are stored in reports that can then be easily viewed from Mail Detective. Note that for the program to work, you must install it where the mail server is, and obviously you're not allowed to see the content of the emails via the application.
